Returns & Refund Policy – SimWorks UK
At SimWorks, we want you to be completely happy with your sim racing products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You can return most products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
- Customised or personalised items (for example, products made to order or modified on request) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Important: Returns for items that have been damaged, misused, or improperly handled by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Make a Return
- Contact us via support@simworks.uk to request a return.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
- If the product is returned damaged due to customer misuse, the refund may be reduced or denied.
Exchanges
- If you want to exchange an item, please contact us.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will replace the item free of charge or provide a full refund, including shipping.
Important Notes
- Please ensure returns are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- International returns are the responsibility of the sender, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
