- Custom or limited edition products may take slightly longer; any delays will be communicated via email

- We ship worldwide from the UK
- Orders within the UK typically arrive in 2–5 business days
- International shipping times vary by destination (usually 5–15 business days)
Shipping Methods
- UK: Royal Mail / DPD / Evri (tracked & insured)
- EU / International: Tracked shipping options via DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail International
- Shipping method is automatically selected for the best combination of speed and reliability
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can use this to check the progress of your delivery
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination
- Free UK shipping is available for orders over £120. Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Items
- SimWorks ensures every order is packaged securely
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us via our Support Page within 7 days
- We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible
