  • Custom or limited edition products may take slightly longer; any delays will be communicated via email

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship worldwide from the UK
  • Orders within the UK typically arrive in 2–5 business days
  • International shipping times vary by destination (usually 5–15 business days)

Shipping Methods

  • UK: Royal Mail / DPD / Evri (tracked & insured)
  • EU / International: Tracked shipping options via DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail International
  • Shipping method is automatically selected for the best combination of speed and reliability

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can use this to check the progress of your delivery

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination
  • Free UK shipping is available for orders over £120. Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • SimWorks ensures every order is packaged securely
  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us via our Support Page within 7 days
  • We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible
