Racelogic Display: SimHub Setup Guide
Share
The SimWorks Racelogic display is a replica lap timer that runs a SimHub dashboard. Setup is three short steps: add it as a device, import the dashboard, then point the device at it.
What you need
- A SimWorks Racelogic display
- A Windows PC running SimHub
- The VBOX Racelogic dashboard file, found in the download section of the SimWorks Discord
Download the dashboard file before you start, so it is ready when you reach step two.
How does the Racelogic display mount to my rig?

The Racelogic display uses the same mounting system as the rest of the SimWorks range, so brackets are interchangeable with the iFlag and the iFlag Slim. Three lengths come in the box. The diagram shows an iFlag, but the bracket stack is identical.
- Short — direct mount, no arm
- Medium — 39 mm arm
- Long — 74 mm arm
Included: M3 x 6 mm screws, M3 x 25 mm screws and M3 nuts.
Optional add-on: M6 screws and T-nuts, which fix the bracket to 40 series profile. Choose them at checkout if you do not already have spares.
Fits 40 series profile. The only tool needed is a 2.5 mm hex key.
How to set up the Racelogic display in SimHub
Add the device
On the Main Page or Devices tab in SimHub, click Add New Device. Choose VoCore Screen from the list and click Add. VoCore is the screen type the display uses, so that is the right entry even though it is not called Racelogic.
Import the dashboard
Open Dash Studio, click New Dash, then Import, and select the dashboard file you downloaded from the Discord.
Assign it to the screen
Go back to Devices and select the VoCore screen you added. In the dropdown, choose VBOX Racelogic Dashboard. That is the setup finished, so jump into a session and the data will come through.
Racelogic in the SimWorks Plugin
The free SimWorks Plugin works with the Racelogic display, and support for it is still being developed, so expect it to get better over time. It is worth installing either way, since it also drives the iFlag, iFlag Slim and LED RPM Strip and keeps itself updated.

Why is there no Racelogic option in the SimHub device list?
There would not be. Add it as a VoCore Screen, which is the screen type it uses.
Why is the screen on but blank?
The dashboard has probably not been assigned. Go to Devices, select the VoCore screen, and pick VBOX Racelogic Dashboard from the dropdown.
Why is there no data while driving?
Check the correct game is selected in SimHub and that you are in a live session rather than a menu or replay.
Still stuck?
The SimWorks Discord is the fastest place to get an answer, and the dashboard file lives there too in the download section.
